ClinicalTrials.gov records provide public study identities, status, sponsor, phase, interventions, locations, and other registry fields when available.

Regulatory and public records

Implemented adapters include openFDA/FDA records, FDA drug labels, SEC EDGAR filings, and NIH RePORTER project records.
