Agreement
These Terms govern use of Helixera. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Helixera.
Information service only
Helixera provides source-linked disease intelligence and informational software. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency guidance, trial eligibility decisions, legal advice, or investment advice. Verify important information in original sources and with qualified professionals.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user’s information. Beta and administrative access may be limited to approved accounts.
Plans and billing
Free is a limited product preview that does not require payment and does not automatically convert to a paid plan. Plus costs $29 per month or $290 per year and includes complete disease intelligence for one disease. Pro costs $79 per month or $790 per year and includes multi-disease intelligence and professional research tools. Annual and monthly subscriptions provide the same features within the selected tier. Stripe processes payment details, checkout, invoices, and billing management.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled.
- Cancel anytime to prevent your next renewal. Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period.
- The price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and policy links are shown before checkout, and paid checkout requires an affirmative acknowledgment.
- Feature access follows the subscription status reported by Stripe and the plan boundaries shown on the Pricing page.
- Taxes may be added when required and are shown by Stripe before payment.
- Helixera does not provide a free trial for Plus or Pro.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription online at any time through Billing & Access or Stripe billing management. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid access through that date and will not be charged again. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period.
- The Refund Policy explains requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, technical billing errors, and rights required by applicable law.
- Deleting an account or stopping use of Helixera does not by itself cancel a Stripe subscription.
- If payment fails, Helixera may restrict paid access while Stripe attempts payment recovery.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Helixera, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute the service in violation of law or source terms, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the service to create unsafe medical direction.
Sources and generated content
Source records can be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or withdrawn. Automated summaries and classifications can contain errors. Helixera does not guarantee that every advancement will be captured, that every record is current, or that generated content is accurate. Source owners retain rights in their materials.
Intellectual property
Helixera and its original software, design, organization, and branding are owned by Helixera or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate the submitter, subject to applicable law.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or remove features and sources. Helixera may suspend access needed to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse.
Disclaimers and liability
Helixera is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Specific warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity terms, dispute procedures, and governing jurisdiction require counsel and are intentionally not invented here.
Termination and contact
You may stop using Helixera at any time, but a paid subscription must be canceled through Billing & Access or Stripe billing management to stop future renewals. Helixera may terminate access for material violations or security risk, subject to applicable law. Use the Contact page and choose Privacy or legal; a dedicated legal email has not yet been configured.
