Free is designed for people exploring Helixera, Plus for patients and caregivers following one disease, and Pro for researchers and professionals who need multi-disease and evidence workflows.

The launch scope is intentionally limited to 10 diseases: ALS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, spinal muscular atrophy, cystic fibrosis, glioblastoma, pancreatic cancer, melanoma, and small cell lung cancer.

Helixera uses public and licensed-access-compatible sources including research indexes, trial registries, regulators, company newsrooms, and trusted publications. Every published intelligence item should retain a link to its source.

Update timing depends on the source and ingestion schedule. The application continuously organizes new source records, while digest cadence depends on plan: weekly on Free and daily on paid plans.

Yes. Helixera uses automated systems to produce plain-language context and preserve source links. Summaries can be incomplete or wrong and should be checked against the original record.

No. Helixera provides informational disease intelligence, not diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency guidance, or an assessment of whether a person should join a trial.

No. Helixera can explain public trial records and surface known locations or criteria, but only the study team can confirm eligibility and enrollment.

It can explain a selected public trial record, compare supported trial fields, answer source-grounded questions, and save trials to a workspace. It does not replace the official registry or study team.

Free provides one disease preview, news and trial discovery, community access where available, one-trial comparison, and a weekly digest.

Plus provides one complete disease experience with daily briefs, companies, alerts, watchlists, Journey, reports, trial questions, saved trial workspace, and comparison of up to three trials.

Pro adds full access across all supported diseases, priority alerts, up to four-trial comparison, research report exports, forward-looking brief context, and the Evidence & Intelligence Workspace.

Yes. Plus is $29 per month or $290 per year. Pro is $79 per month or $790 per year. Annual plans provide the same access as monthly plans within the same tier and save the equivalent of two monthly payments.

Yes. Paid subscribers can cancel online in Billing & Access or manage billing through Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access generally continues through the current billing period. The current period is not automatically refunded.

Open Sign in, choose Continue with Email, and use the password reset option. The reset link must return to the same Helixera domain configured for the application.

Use the disease switcher in the dashboard. Free and Plus access is limited by plan; Pro can open every supported disease.

Helixera is not designed for medical records or protected clinical documentation. Do not submit personal health information to contact forms or AI question fields.
