Monthly and annual subscriptions
Plus costs $29 per month or $290 per year. Pro costs $79 per month or $790 per year. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month and annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled. Free accounts are not charged and do not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription online at any time through Billing & Access or Stripe billing management. Cancellation stops future renewals and generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid access through that date and will not be charged again.
Current billing period
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription charges for the current billing period are non-refundable. Canceling does not automatically refund time remaining in the current paid period because paid access remains available through the period end.
Billing problems
Contact Helixera promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, caused by a technical billing error, or otherwise incorrect. Helixera will review the account and Stripe records. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary.
- Include the account email, charge date, amount, and a brief description of the issue.
- Do not send card numbers, medical records, or personal health information.
- Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or cooling-off rights that cannot legally be waived.
