Account access

  1. 1.Use Sign in for an existing account or Create account for a new one.
  2. 2.For email accounts, use Forgot password and open the newest reset message.
  3. 3.If a reset link fails, confirm it returns to the current Helixera domain.

Disease access

  1. 1.Use the dashboard disease switcher to change the active disease.
  2. 2.Free includes one disease preview; Plus includes one complete disease; Pro includes all supported diseases.
  3. 3.A locked disease will show the plan required to open it.

Watchlists and Journey

  1. 1.Open an item’s watch control to save it.
  2. 2.Saved trials can appear in the Trial Workspace and Journey on eligible plans.
  3. 3.Alerts and watchlists require Plus or Pro.

Clinical Trial Assistant

  1. 1.Select a trial before opening Overview, Compare, or Ask.
  2. 2.Location and eligibility details come from public records and must be confirmed with the study team.
  3. 3.Do not enter personal health information in the question field.

Billing

  1. 1.Open subscription settings to launch the Stripe customer portal.
  2. 2.Plan access follows the active Stripe subscription state.
  3. 3.Contact Helixera if checkout completes but access does not update.
